Sunshine Coast Holiday

It was a bit hard to take however we managed to spend a week at Atlantis Marcoola in a three bedroom penthouse apartment with rooftop spa and BBQ area. Though next to the airport it was a great place as the boys loved watching the planes. Luke even managed to fall asleep on the one we flew up on -

The beach was washed away and the surf pretty horrible but that does not stop children digging up sand and running into the water's edge! The view from our apartment was great and the spa was a big hit with everyone who soaked in it - 

A visit to Underwater World was expensive (with an MFS logo out the front they must have increased prices to try and help save that company from ruin!) but fun - 

A trip to the Ginger Factory was another highlight as we travelled on a boat through a magical world of animated puppets searching for the gingerbread man. A steam train ride around the lovely gardens capped off a great week at the coast. It certainly wore the boys out as the last photo below illustrates! Thanks to everyone who came along to the BBQ and provided child minding services whilst we were up there!
