Windows into the World

Part of Canberra's 100 year celebration includes a month called "Windows into the World" where a number of Embassies open their gates each weekend over a month (coinciding with Floriade).

Today we visited Egypt, Malaysia and South Africa.

This is Cam's favourite quilt and the image below explains it. This was made of dark colours - burgundy, greens, dark blues and blacks but that hasn't really come out.  We say two quilt makers putting them together - they were really fast and no measuring equipment. Both men.

And mine.
