Aaron and the boys packed up and left on Saturday morning for Queensland and I jumped in the trust Renault (all shiny and clean) with my good friend Maria. We headed to a health retreat called Solar Springs in Bundanoon - a historic beautiful little town (think Brigadoon) about 1.5 hours from Canberra.

After archery, aqua aerobics, massages, facials, a warm spa, stretch classes, reading and eating fantastic food, it was time to come home to reality.
This morning two kangaroos, a hare and a fox ran across the archery field (above) while we ate breakfast looking over this gorgeous view
