There are two choices when thinking about seeing the balloons in Canberra. You can get up at 6am and head to the launch site at Old Parliament House (which we will be doing Sunday when Charis and Joel visit) or you can sleep in and wait for them to fly overhead! This morning the winds were favourable and they all drifted above our house. The boys were very excited!
And while Sam was out on her walk she saw two of them land at the boy's school. Her first photo here also gives some idea of how many there were!
