First day of Autumn

With the unseasonal cold snap in Canberra some weeks ago, many of the trees have been fooled into early Autumn action. So today, on the first day of Autumn, here's a photo of a tree I pass on my daily walk. I took this 2 weeks ago.

Here's what it looked like only 2 days after the first photo. Not only have the started to colour early, they went into rapid leaf drop.
